Option 1: Half day

4hours - in person or online

​Foundational skills for managing challenging or emotionally charged complaints, client and colleague interactions.

8 hours (in person)
or full day content delivered over 2 x 4hour sessions (online)

​Comprehensive training covering all half-day content plus trauma-informed practice, mental health awareness, and resilience strategies.
