This workshop provides the skills and knowledge to assist those who work in any statutory or industry scheme conciliation process. The skills are not only relevant to conciliators but all those involved in the process including managers, intake staff and lawyers.

Conciliators (or aspiring conciliators) and mediators who work within a statutory body or other government agency/association/ authority with a specific jurisdictional or legal focus
Mediators who have completed the five-day Resolution Institute mediation training
