Conciliation CPD Series 2026 - AI: What it’s changing in conciliation practice

I’m pleased to be partnering with Justin Toohey and Resolution Institute to deliver the Conciliation CPD Series 2026, a six-part online professional development series for conciliators. These short, focused sessions are designed for busy practitioners who want practical ideas, current thinking, and immediately usable tools to strengthen their conciliation practice. The series forms part of Resolution Institute’s conciliation CPD offering and is suitable for both members and non-members.

Across the series, we explore some of the most pressing issues facing conciliators today, including practitioner wellbeing, cross-cultural practice, AI, party preparation, expectation management, and knowing when not to continue a process. Each session runs online for one hour and is designed to leave participants with useful insights, practical language, and approaches they can apply straight away in their work.
