Conciliators (or aspiring conciliators) and mediators who work within a statutory body or other government agency/association/ authority with a specific jurisdictional or legal focus
Mediators who have completed the five-day Resolution Institute mediation training
Those practicing the skillset such as managers, intake staff and lawyers
