Workshop overview
Dispute resolution work is meaningful and high-impact, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Case coordinators, mediators, early resolution practitioners and dispute resolution leaders routinely manage heightened emotions, trauma-related narratives, unreasonable conduct and complex interpersonal dynamics. Over time, these pressures can contribute to fatigue, role strain, reduced resilience and risks to psychological safety if not actively supported at an organisational level.
This interactive online workshop is designed to support the wellbeing of dispute resolution practitioners by building shared understanding of psychosocial risks in the work and strengthening practical, evidence-based resilience strategies. The session integrates insights from psychology, neuroscience and psychosocial risk frameworks, alongside real-world dispute resolution practice, to ensure participants feel supported, confident and equipped…
