Our independent workplace mediation service provides a confidential, structured process for resolving interpersonal and team disputes. Meet Shiv Martin.

I’m Shiv Martin, an accredited mediator, lawyer, trainer, and dispute resolution consultant. I bring over 15 years of experience supporting leaders, HR teams, and public-facing organisations to resolve conflict, manage complaints, and strengthen team culture. I specialise in early intervention, repairing working relationships, and supporting safe and productive communication.

My approach blends accredited mediation practice with legal insight, psychology-informed methods, and cross-cultural expertise. Alongside my panel of mediation experts, I support organisations facing interpersonal tensions, team dysfunction, performance concerns, and complex cultural or systems challenges.

I offer workplace mediation, HR support, coaching, and team-building facilitation, as well as practical training that builds conflict capability across teams. Whether it’s one-on-one guidance or a broader organisational project, I tailor every engagement to what your team needs and if I can add value, I’ll find the best way to do it.
