This session explores conciliation in practice, including how it differs from mediation and investigation, why regulators, tribunals, and ombudsmen use it, and what organisations need to know to participate effectively. It is a practical session focused on reducing escalation risk, improving outcomes, and maintaining constructive relationships throughout the process.
